1. All rates are subject to availability. During busier times and festive weekends, higher rates may be quoted. 2. All rates quoted are on a per person sharing basis (pps as above). 3. All rates quoted apply to standard garden view rooms. 4. River/Lake View rooms at a supplement of €40 per room per night. 5. A single supplement of €50 per night applies. 6. Extra person charge (to a maximum of 1 person) is €75 per night including B&B only. 7. Midweek stays from Sunday - Thursday inclusive. 8. Black out Dates exist e.g. Galway Race Week. 9. 2BB1D = 2 nights Bed & Breakfast with 1 evening meal. 10. 3BB2D = 3 nights Bed & Breakfast with 2 evening meals. 11. All guest rooms are non-smoking. 12. The above rates do not apply to the post Christmas and New Year's period 2009/2010.
